Giving Back

This team has been working together to put on large scale bike events together for almost 10 years.  Large events were a little tough in 2020 and we  are cautiously moving into our 2021 event year.  We're looking forward to people visiting Montana, giving our small towns the economic boost they all appreciate from events and being able to give back to the communities again.  Based in Red Lodge, Montana, Jennifer comes from 20+ years of organizing marathons, triathlons, road races, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Beartooth Recreational Trails Association.  We're incredibly involved in the Red Lodge community and surrounding areas.

Giving Back

All of our events are operating under a new name this year.  While change is never easy, this is exciting!  The crew of volunteers will choose local groups to give back from each event.  Montana Cycling Project is already a supporter and partner of Bike Walk Montana. We are a sponsor of their new event Divide Scramble, which is a new and exciting one day event held on Montana's Continental Divide out of Butte.

We give back to nonprofits and civic organizations in communities we visit.  We are thankful for these partnerships that enhance our bike tours and events.

Sustainability

We are strongly committed to sustainable practices in our events and in life.  While the pandemic has made it a little harder to use reusable products and items in bulk, we will continue to reuse, reduce and recycle.  We encourage everyone to think about the footprint left behind.

All of our events will encourage participants to bring their own water bottles and use reusable items as much as possible.  We understand the pandemic makes this a little harder, but let's do our best when we can!

Let's work together to leave the places we visit just as we found them, and in some cases, cleaner.
